To upgrade the PC version you will first need to uninstall the existing version using Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, then run the downloaded file (PTTPCSetup.msi) and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

To upgrade the PocketPC version, first ensure it is not currently running on your PDA - to be sure of this, start ProTracker Tennis and stop it by selecting File > Exit.  Then sync your PDA device with your PC, and then run the downloaded file (pttsetup.exe) on your PC and follow the on-screen instructions - on your PDA, when prompted to Re-install the software, tap OK.

 

In both cases make sure you select the same locations where the original software was installed (usually the default); this will ensure that you do not lose any Settings information. 

 

NOTE: if you are upgrading from a version prior 3.4.2248 (PC) or 3.4.2236. (PPC) you will need new activation keys – please contact us with your Registered Name.
